SO I'm stuck...again.

I've been going to the gym, drinking my water, and staying on track foodwise but nada. Honestly, I haven't been on Jenny religiously like I should have been, but I can't afford it like I used to. Bills and life come into play with my money and I just cant do it.

I'm thinking of sticking to grilled chicken salad for lunch for the next few weeks. Let's see if that makes a difference.

I have been snacking a little more though, perhaps that is an issue too. I need to gain that self control that I used to have back. Because this just sucks.

Happy Birthday to MEEEEEEEE

Breakfast Time

Friday, January 18, 2013

So,, I was grocery shopping with my grandma after another no loss/no gain weigh in, and we stumbled across something that has been plaguing me for months!

For the longest I wanted to find a egg/meat/bread quickie breakfast. I had my subs for when I couldn't get to Jenny to get any frozen egg meals, but it wasn't the same; oatmeal, cereal, etc.. If I wanted egg whites and turkey sausage in the morning that wasn't from Jenny, I would have to wake up 20 minutes to make it.

And that's a no-no. I wake up at 6am as it is...any earlier and I'll just be a damn zombie.

THIS but not cute. Scary.
So I just did without, until last week!

APPARENTLY, someone at Jimmy Dean has heard of my problem, and decided to make my life easier. Presenting to you, the answer to my breakfast dilemmas:

ERMAHGERDDDDDDDDDDDDD
HOLY BANANA SANDWICH

These things are sofa king good! They're called D-lights (o iswydt, ic.) and they taste AMAZING! These thingies are frozen breakfast sandwiches that are 210-280 calories, depending on the sandwich. Theres Turkey Sausage and Egg White on English Muffin (260 cal), Turkey Sausage and Egg White on Croiissant (280 cal), Tukrey Sausage and Egg White on a Bagel (260 cal), and my PERSONAL FAVORITE, Canadian Bacon and Egg White on Honey Wheat English Muffin (210 cal).

YUMMOOOOOOOOOOOO

These things have saved my breakfast as far as I'm concerned.

Don't get me wrong, I love oatmeal! Especially during the winter time. Give me a bowl of  maple syrup oatmeal, maybe a little raisin/cranberry mix thrown in, I'm all set.

BUT.....you can't go wrong with a low cal egg sandie. Just saying.
